Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured, comprehensive care for individuals experiencing mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring (dual diagnosis) challenges. We combine evidence-based clinical treatment with real-world skill development to support lasting recovery.

Clients participate in a full schedule of therapeutic services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and personalized treatment planning. In addition, clients receive psychiatric care, including evaluations, medication management, and ongoing support from qualified medical providers when clinically appropriate. This integrated approach ensures that both the psychological and biological aspects of recovery are addressed.

A key component of our program is guided, counselor-supported outings to local support groups and parks in the Bellingham area. These outings offer opportunities to engage with recovery communities, practice skills in real-world environments, and build confidence outside of the clinical setting—all while maintaining appropriate support and supervision.

We also utilize The Change Companies® comprehensive online platform, which provides interactive journaling, structured curricula, and skill-building tools. This evidence-based resource reinforces treatment concepts and helps clients stay engaged in their recovery both during and beyond the program.
